Egy reggel latogato tanitas kozben csorgott a telefonom, es Chris volt az, hogy en holgy es egy macska van ott a munkahelyen es a holgy az allatmenhelyet keresi, mert nem tudja mit csinaljon egy cicaval amit talalt. Chris gyorsan felhivott es egy perc alatt eldontottunk, hogy megtartjuk a 7 honapos cicat. Azota is itt van nalunk es el mint Marci Hevesen.

After loosing Felix so suddenly and sadly we always knoew we would get anbother cat one day. Little did we think that a cat would find us so soon. Chris rand me one day that she had a lady at his work asking for directions for the RSPCA to drop of a 7 months olds cat she didn't really want any more. He rang me straight away having a feeling that we could maybe give the cat a home. So we did! He was very scared for a while but now he has truned into a wonderful pet. So hurray for Timmy!!!

Holiday

Egy jetre elvittuk Emmat (isabelle unokatestveret) magunkal nyaralni a hajon. Nagyon szep idonk volt, es jol ereztuk magunkat. Sajnos a gepbol kimerult az elem, es ez az egyetlen fotonk van.

We decided to go up to Ripon on our boat for a week. We invited Emma with us and she willingly obliged. It took u s a few days to get up there and unfortunatlely we couldn't go all the way into the town because the water level was so high, but it didn't stop us walking busing and all sorts to Light Water Valley. We had fab weather and a great time. my batteries run out so I only managed to take one picture!!!

Carmen es en beultunk a heten egy ujfajta pedikurre. Amint a kepen lathato, halak vannak a vizben es azok nassoljak le az elhasznalodott bor reteget az ember labarol. Nagyon csikizett, de a labunk finom puhan jot ki a vizbol.

My firend Carmen and I had a go at this skin eating fish craze. It was so funny. It tickled but other than that couldn't feel anything else. Our feet came out of the water nice a soft.

We decided to go on our first overight trip on Lusea. we spent the night on her in the marina. The next morning David popped in for a fry-up on his way to work.

The lock at Linton. What a scary experience! Scary in a way of not knowing what to expect, it was huge and a lot of spectators!!! Daunting to say the least but we got through it with a help of a very friendly fellow boater.

Ez az uj hajonk! Egy Sealine 23 amin aludni is lehet!! Mar ki is probaltuk es nem bantuk meg a cseret!

This is our new boat, a Sealine 23. We absoluteley love it and hoping to have lots of fun in the future!!

Isabelle has learned to ride the bike without stabelisers! Yipee! She is such a clever girl.

Farewell Felix

This morning the phone rang about 8am. The lady asked me if we had a cat called Felix. I said yes and my heart sunk. She said he has been involved in an accident and someone picked him up and tokk him to them-the vet. He was in a pretty bad way so we were asked to go and see him to make a discision. Oh dear...he was so bad. Broken back, pelvis and legs. He neede oxigen. I just totally broke down and Chris was shocked too. We decided to put him down on the advice of the vet. We stroked him and comforted him as much as we could, and he slowly slipped away actually before he got the medicine. We brought him home and burried him in the back of our garden. We had to tell Isabelle which was hard but she took it ok.

He will be so missed. He was a smashing cat that behaved like he was a dog! He was always where we were, outside or inside. He sat on my lap a lot. He love canned tuna and didn't like the hoover. He made himself a bed outside of the back fence, we called it the pillar of light. He was friendly and a lovely temperament. Not very patient, he just couldn't wait to be fed!!

So Good Bye Felix, we loved you being our pet!

Szulinap/ Birthday

Isabelle 5 eves lett!!! Olyan nehez elhinni! Itt a Baby Annabelljevel amit szulinapjara szeretett volna.

Oh my! She is 5 already! Here she is with her Baby Annabell that she wished for.

Volt am szulinapi party 30 meghivott vendeggel, igazi DJvel es arcfestessel.

She had a party with a real DJ, face painting and 30 guests. She never had a party only ever with family so I pulled out all the tricks to give her the party she ever wanted. It will have to do for the next 5 years after all!!
