Well, it was only the matter of time that swine flu was goingto catch up with us. And it has. Isabelle was very unsettled on Wed. so she had more cuddles and sleeps that normal but was still happy to play and eat etc. However the day after she was complaining for tummy ache (she had honey in her tummy as she put it) had very bad diahorrea and very high temperature. I rang the pandemic helpline and they confirmed her case and prescribed Tamiflu which Chris picked up on the way home. Not just one dose but two because he's got it too! His symptoms and mild only Isa is pretty bad. We got through the night though, her fever has calmed down, she still needs the loo pretty often but drinks plenty and seems happier in herself. Now it will be my turn.
I would like to take the opportunity to praise the NHS and all the organisations involved in this how effective they are, they got the Tamiflu straight away from special collection points, no charge and very helpful and prompt in every way.
